We are not independent financial advisors, and so we are unable to provide you with independent financial advice. Because of our exclusive relationships with chosen finance partners, these offers/products may, in some circumstances, not be the best financing option available to you in the open market, and you are encouraged to consider this prior to proceeding with us. We do not search the full finance market or all potential funding routes. A lender we introduce will provide us with a fixed introductory commission for the work that we do, and this commission will influence the amount you pay to the lender under your credit or hire agreement. Different lenders that we work with may pay us different levels of commission. We periodically review finance arrangements with all lenders, and the fixed commission amount could change at the point of review. The commission received is fixed for the duration between reviews and cannot be amended. Based on the specific provisions outlined in your agreement, we may additionally be eligible to receive a commission from the lender pertaining to a volume bonus. Any volume bonus received will be retrospective and will not influence the amount that you pay to the lender under your credit or hire agreement. We will disclose to you the total amount of commission that we will receive in good time, which will be prior to proposing your agreement to the lender. T. C.
